The bot creates a checkout link for an external payment provider. The provider processes your card details; Stars Fair Buy does not receive or store your full card number.

Processing starts after the payment provider confirms the charge. Most orders are handled automatically, but provider checks, Telegram availability or a manual review can cause delays. The bot shows the latest status.
Contact us before fulfillment if you need to cancel. After Stars or Premium have been delivered, the digital product generally cannot be reversed. If payment was confirmed but delivery failed, we will investigate and either complete the order or arrange an eligible refund.
