1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Stars Fair Buy, including this website and the Telegram bot @stars_fair_buy_bot (together, the “Service”).
By submitting an order, opening a payment link or continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
2. About the Service
Stars Fair Buy provides an order flow for supported Telegram digital products, currently including Telegram Stars and Telegram Premium gifts. Available products, quantities, prices and recipient requirements are shown in the bot.
Stars Fair Buy is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Telegram. We are not a bank, card issuer, payment institution, investment platform or cryptocurrency exchange. We may use payment processors and technical fulfillment partners to process orders.
3. Eligibility and permitted use
You must have the legal capacity to make the purchase under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.
You must use a payment method that belongs to you or that you are legally authorized to use. You may not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized payments, sanctions evasion, abuse of refunds or chargebacks, or any other unlawful activity.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Before payment, the bot displays the selected product, recipient, quantity or subscription period, currency and final amount due. You are responsible for checking these details.
Prices are displayed in US dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion, international transaction or other fees. Prices may change before payment, but the price of a confirmed order will not change unless an obvious technical error must be corrected with your agreement or as required by law.
Card payments are processed by an external payment provider. Stars Fair Buy does not receive or store your full card number, security code or online banking credentials. An order enters processing only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.
5. Recipient information and fulfillment
You must provide a valid public Telegram username for the intended recipient and confirm it before payment. We are not responsible for delivery to the wrong account when the product was sent to the username you confirmed.
Fulfillment begins after payment confirmation and any required verification. Delivery time can be affected by Telegram, the payment provider, technical partners, maintenance, product availability or a manual payment review. The bot displays the latest available order status.
An order is considered fulfilled when the relevant Telegram or technical service confirms delivery of the digital product to the selected recipient.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. Whether cancellation is still possible depends on the actual order status.
After Telegram Stars have been delivered or Telegram Premium has been activated, the digital product generally cannot be recalled and the order is normally final. This does not limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If payment was confirmed but we cannot fulfill the order, we will investigate and, where appropriate, retry fulfillment or issue a refund to the original payment method. The time required for a refund to appear depends on the payment provider, card network and your bank.
7. Verification and fraud prevention
We may use automated or manual checks to protect users and the Service. We may request reasonable evidence that you control the Telegram account or are authorized to use the payment method, place an order on hold or reject an order when fraud or unauthorized use is suspected.
We will never ask for your Telegram password, one-time login code, full card credentials or cryptocurrency wallet recovery phrase.
8. Information we process
To operate the Service, we may process your Telegram user ID, username, profile name, phone number when provided for verification, order details, payment status, referral information, technical logs and information submitted during support or verification.
We use this information to create and fulfill orders, provide status updates, prevent fraud, maintain records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Necessary information may be shared with Telegram, payment providers, fulfillment partners, infrastructure providers or competent authorities when required for these purposes or by law.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on Telegram and external payment and fulfillment providers that we do not control. Their availability, eligibility rules and terms may affect an order.
Your use of Telegram Stars and Premium is also subject to Telegram's applicable terms, including the official Terms of Service for Telegram Stars and Telegram Terms of Service.
10. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue a product or part of the Service when reasonably necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, provider availability or business operations. We may also refuse or limit orders where required by law or our risk controls.
We may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Updated Terms apply to orders placed after publication unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Liability
We will use reasonable care in operating the Service and fulfilling confirmed orders. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interruptions or delays caused by Telegram, payment providers, banks, card networks, technical partners or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

For questions about an order, payment, refund, verification or personal information, contact us through the Stars Fair Buy bot. Include your order number and Telegram user ID when available. Do not send full card details, passwords, login codes or wallet recovery phrases.
